Sumit Suri represents his clients before Hon’ble Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and various District Courts & Tribunals across Delhi, including RERA, DRT, NCLT, NCDRC, SCDRC, NGT, etc., on a range of issues involving property, commercial, criminal and matrimonial disputes. He specifically deals in suits for possession, partition, money suits, recovery for price of goods sold, rendition of accounts, claim for work done under a contract, specific performance, damages, injunctions, probate & succession certificates, commercial arbitrations, summary suits, bail matters, criminal appeals, divorce & custody disputes, and educational matters, etc.
Sumit has fair understanding of Information Technology Law, Electronic Evidence and Digital Forensics. He also offers legal guidance on complex rules & regulations governing cyberspace and digital activities, and provides legal representation on matters involving cyber offences and torts/contraventions like Online Frauds, Data Theft, Hacking, etc. He provides expert legal advice concerning admissibility and authenticity of electronic or digital evidence involved in other criminal & civil matters.
Sumit completed his LL.B. from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and Masters in Technology (I.T.) from GGSIPU, Dwarka, Delhi. He has Post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Law from Indian Law Institute, Delhi.

Sumit Suri got enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi in 2020 and is an active member of Delhi High Court Bar Association.
